WARNING ORDER:
A quick warning order for this weekends drill for the
Viper Troop and the Veterans Day parade for the Squadron.
On Saturday, 11/08/08 the Viper Troops
local members will prepare Cobra 352 and pre-stage it to
Owens. Contact SSG Anderson for jump off time. He's looking for
volunteers.
On Tuesday, 11/11/08 the Squadron needs to assemble
at the FEBA (Curtis Wright Hangar) at 0700 hrs for the Veterans Day
parade. Full reenactor uniforms will be worn.
Parade is scheduled to start at 1100hrs and should end
around 1330 hrs. Upon completion of the parade, all Cavalry members should return to Owens via the most direct
route.
Fraternization with the local population is
unauthorized without commanders approval. Smiles, waves and all around
good cheer will be afforded to all parties bivouacked along the parade
route. Please refrain from whistles and cat calls to exceptionally
pretty female civilian personnel. However, pointing them out to the
Viper pilots would be greatly appreciated! "Strike for
Success!"
All kidding aside, look sharp, present yourselves as
exceptionally as you have done in the past and have a great
time.
