Warning Order July 2009
 
 
1.  Here's the task list for this upcoming drill.  Since there's a lot to accomplish, we'll pass a hat and send someone out for chow.  We'll have the briefings while we eat..................please RSVP so I know how many lobster tails to order.
 
2.  We'll be rearranging aircraft and equipment again so we'll need some highly skilled movers and shakers.

July "Viper" Work Priorities

 
1. CSM Nance / Ranking NCO Safety briefing / Task List review assignments
2.Motor NCO PMCS Vehicles
  - headlights on CUCV pickup
  - troubleshoot warning strobe lights on Blazer
  - troubleshoot charging system on Blazer
3.  SGM Mika PMCS M151A2
  - determine needs to install radio(s)
  - make stencils for regimental designation (DeMarine the Jeep!)
  - determine dimensions of spare tire placard for SF remake HOOAH!
4. CSM Thompson Continue inspection of 517
5. CSM Nance with Danny Matthews and D Troop Remove A/C 352 from trailer
  - PMCS on transport trailer
  - set rotor head on A/C 567 Mast
  - install A/C 567 on transport trailer
  - pack A/C 567 tail rotor, cowlings, M/R Blades, misc items
  - load service stairs on trailer provided by D Troop
6. LTC Russell - spray weed / grass killer on ramp
. - weed eat around hangar
7. SSG Anderson sand-prime portable maint. stands
  - pressure wash / sand shelving
  - rearrange weapons pylons and shelves (see jack)
   
8. during lunch (Dutch treat) discuss SF tasks for CFF at LZ's
  - discuss fund raiser for trailer hitch on pick-up and/or brakes on trailer
  - discuss recruitment of more ACTIVE members
  - discuss planning for 1st Annual Vietnam Veterans reunion
9. SSG Anderson Brief D troop on proper route recon for pending A/C 567 transfer to Lake City
   
  - debrief - check of completed tasks - list any new tasks for next drill
  - "Beer Garden cool down"
