The Commander of the 1^st Cavalry Regiment (Separate, LH) has reposed special trust and confidence in the patriotism, valor, fidelity, and abilities of JENNIFER QUIRE. In view of these qualities and her demonstrated potential for increased responsibility, she is, therefore, promoted in the 1^st Cavalry Regiment (Separate, LH) to the grade of SECOND LIEUTENANT. Promotion is effective 8 December 2008 with a date of rank of 8 December 2008 and is in the Medical Corps component in which she is now serving
